Attenuator Update
Dear Members,

The construction and installation of the Wave Attenuator is due to commence in early December this year.

After 3 and a half years in the making, finally we will not only have the best location on the River, but we'll have the most well protected Marina on the River. With our boats penned safely behind a 4 metre wide concrete wall, no longer will swell from passing boats and waves from the fetch across the river damage our precious watercraft.

Construction is expected to be completed by June/July 2020, with occupancy to commence at the same time.

The Wave Attenuator will accommodate 30 pens on the inside of it, consisting of:

  • 3 x 20mtr Pens (with full length finger jetties);
  • 4 x 18mtr Pens (with full length finger jetties);
  • 23 x 15mtr Pens (with full length finger jetties).

The Club is now accepting offers to rent these prestigious pens.

The Commodore will be conducting a Members Q&A Evening this Friday (November 22) in the Ballroom at the Club from 6:30pm, so if you have any questions you would like clarified, please come down and get the information you need directly from the Commodore.

Following the Q&A the Club is hosting the highly anticipated Hog Spit Roast on the Foreshore.
