Annual Subscriptions Notice
As you know, we are approaching the end of our financial year (March 31), which means that the annual subscription and fee invoices have been be sent out to you via email (they would have been emailed to you on March 1 this year). Once again, your Committee has been very successful in sustaining the Club's financials to the point where it now has a very bright future, and is considered financially stable.
It is important to note, that your Committee have been able to achieve these results without increasing fees and subscriptions to Members for the past three years; apart from the mandatory CPI increase to cover the costs of inflation, your Committee has kept prices on hold, which is an amazing result. And once again this year, your Committee has determined that apart from the mandatory CPI increase, membership fees and subscriptions for the 2019/20 year will not increase.
Please remember that your subscriptions and fees are due on April 1, 2019. To avoid incurring any administration charges for late payments, please ensure you pay your invoice by April 1.

House Support - Contribution Period 2

As mentioned above we are drawing near to the end of our financial year with our second House Support period near completion. As this fee is paid every 6 months, any funds remaining under your House Support subscription on March 31 will be forfeited.
House Support can be used against Regalia, meals and drinks from the Members Lounge.
Please note - The cut off for takeaway alcohol orders is Friday March 15, 2019.
Should you be unsure of your remaining balance please do not hesitate to contact Reception on (08) 9386 6437 or email

Understanding Your Statement

In order for Members to better understand their statements we have included below a mock statement similar to the one that you will receive shortly.
Should you have any queries regarding your statements please do not hesitate to contact Reception on (08) 9386 6437.

Easter Monday BBQ Sundowner

Come down to the Club and wind down from the long weekend with your fellow Club Members!
From 4pm we will be cranking up the BBQ and offering you the chance to come and cook up a feast with your fellow Club Members.

BBQ packs are $18 each and will need to be pre-ordered. They include a choice of steak, chicken or vegetarian with a choice of selected salads.

We will also have an Easter Hamper to the value of $150 being drawn on the evening so be sure to be there so you can claim your prize. Tickets for the raffle will be available from our Members Lounge and for only $5 you can purchase 3 tickets.
This is a great evening for those who are coming back from being away for the long weekend. Instead of going home and worrying about what to cook up for dinner, place your order and you will be ready to go as soon as you are back at the Club - of course with a drink in your hand enjoying our beautiful view as the sun sets.

Floating Jetty

You may have noticed the new floating jetty in the Club. Located between E and F Jetties, the new floating jetty is now operational and available to Members to rent on an annual basis. No more climbing up or down to get on and off your boat, this floating jetty is the first of many that the Club will commission over the next few years. Be the first to take advantage of the new jetty, at only $2K per year for boats up to six metres, and $4K per year for boats between 6 and 10 metres. For more information contact our Membership Manager Sam by calling (08) 9386 6437 or emailing

Insurance & DoT Registration

Members are reminded that we require a copy of the current DoT Registration and Insurance Certificates for all vessels at the Club. We require this documentation at each renewal and should be forwarded to
It is also a Club requirement that all registered owners of vessels are full Members of the Club. Details can be found on our Club website. Should you have any queries in regard to Membership please contact our Membership Manager on the above email address.

Contractors & Boat Brokers

Members must not give their jetty key or pin code out to any contractors or boat brokers. Should a contractor or boat broker need jetty access and the Member is not available to come down to the Club to let them in, the contractor or broker must come into the Administration Office to sign our contractors log book during the hours of 9am and 5pm on Monday to Friday, a staff member will then let them on to the jetty.

Bosun Tip
Hardstand Boat Owners - It is recommended to regularly check your boats to ensure no essential parts are missing which could inevitably cause your boat to sink once out on the river.
