Discover Keelboat Sailing - Sunday 5 November 2023

Experience keelboat sailing at one of Perth's premier yacht clubs - and best of all, it's free!  Perth Flying Squadron invites members of the public to join us on Sunday 5th November to discover the great sport of sailing.

Who is this for?

We generally recommend a minimum age of 12 to participate in Discover Keelboat Sailing events.  Younger children will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.  While there is no upper age limit, keelboat sailing does require a basic level of fitness and mobility.

Schedule:

09:00am - Arrive at Perth Flying Squadron Yacht Club; club tour and skipper briefing

10:00am - Depart the dock, sailing experience

11:30am - Return to shore and debrief

Afterwards, feel free to grab some lunch at the Yacht Club and observe the 126th Opening Day festivities.
