JEFF BRADDOCK

Jeff has owned a variety of vessel since 6 years of age and has been involved in the boating industry for many years including the previous WA Agent for Gulfcraft and Majesty Yachts - manufactured in the UAE. 

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Curtin University, is a Licenced Real Estate Agent, previous Managing Director of Savills (WA), an international commercial real estate agent and advisor and was an Australian Board Member for Savills from 2001 - 2003. In addition to his role at Savills, Jeff has held several senior management roles in the property industry including but limited to a Director at Colliers International and Senior Manager at Jones Lang La Salle. In addition to Jeff's commercial agency experience, he has been involved with the acquisition, project management, development, syndication and asset and property management of a variety of commercial, retail, industrial and residential projects and properties throughout Western Australia over the past 31 years. 

Jeff has been Managing Director of BPG Australia, a commercial property agency, consulting and management business for the last 17 years and continues to transact with, manage, consult and advise a range of high net worth investors, government bodies, institutional investors and corporate property groups in the Australian market.

Jeff has been a Member of the Club for 15 years and currently holds a position of both Commodore & Rear Commodore Marina.
